Industrial Heartland Residents (Land Sale Advertising Authorization)
Landowners interested in considering selling their land for commercial and industrial development can fill out authorization to ensure land sale content is current and accurate (this is for lands zoned as Heartland Industrial - heavy & light/medium, Heartland Agriculture and Industrial Commercial).
Lamont County Economic Development will put all authorizations on the www.lamontcountynow.ca website, and only release to parties interested in the purchase of lands. This form does not bind the owner to sell.
It is advisable to let economicdevelopment@lamontcounty.ca know when property is purchased so it can be removed from the potential opportunities.
